Water Proofing or New Roof - Metal

We've been told by some roofers that a small extended portion of our house has a low-pitched roof, which is low-pitched - hence there is a constant leak on that part of the ceiling whenever there is heavy rain. We would like to discuss if waterproofing can be done to the existing concrete tile roof, or any other option to stop the leak. If not, then we would like to discuss the option of re-roofing with metal. Please call me on --- if it's easier. Please note that this is a bit urgent and we are very serious on getting the work done.
