Job description
Require someone to remove several Hip cap and roof tiles to gain access to suspected gutter mitre joint leak. Limited access with cap and tiles in place. Fix leak (reseal mitre) and replace and point removed hip caps. Monier Concrete tile roof (Sambuca Hacienda).
