Roof rusty nails need replacing
Job description
Our roof is made of ‘Coloured metal.’ During a pre-purchase inspection, our builders report identified some rusty nails on our roof. We would like these replaced to prevent future problems. In the photo - please ignore the ‘leak around skylight’ this has been remedied already.

Steve was very easy to communicate with. Very understanding and tries hard to give you the best price whilst maintaining quality. Also even took some money off the final bill as the work was finished a lot easier than planned. Very honest. BEST THING about Steve was that he answered his phone calls straight away - never goes to answering machine.
