As per QCONZ (that check cowsheds )they want our cowshed steel beams to be painted by July 15. These are the beams that support the roof . They need to be rustproof coated and painted . The cowshed is an internal rotary so there would be a need for a scaffold to move around in the centre to be able to reach these beams with ease
