Internal guttering inspection

We have noticed some leaking come into the house from on top of one of our window frames after a big rain. It is a constant drip and pools at the bottom. I believe it might have something to do with an internal guttering system being blocked or something similar. I'm not too sure. Need someone to inspect and/or repair the issue better June 15.
