The entire roof on this 12ft stud single storey house needs the nail fixings replaced with roofing screws, iron in good condition overall. Furthermore the old brick chimney needs removing and some work to the internal wood which has been damaged due to water getting in. As a second quote i am interested in the cost to repair/replace the fascia board and guttering.
