Fix our gutter

Hi there, We have a tall double=storey house. Our main gutter which feeds into our water tank has started leaking badly during the most recent rainfalls, such that most of the water from our roof pours down our back stairs! I think the guy who cleaned our gutters must have dislodged something. If you could help us fix it we would be very grateful. Cheers
