We just moved into this 308m2 two-storey house recently and found obvious guttering issues even through light rain during the summer. The water seemed to be dripping through the join between the gutter and pipe and at the bottom of the pipes there seemed to be multiple holes drilled for the water to over flow out on all the pipes around the house which seemed unusual according to one of the builders we had over. On the old building plan we also found out that the storm water were designed to to redirected into several soak holes (which we aren’t sure of location so asking the old owner now) instead of proper storm water system. Unfortunately both problems weren’t picked up for some reason on our pre-purchase builder report even though it has to be an pre-existing issue. Anyways, we want someone who can give the guttering an overhaul to ensure the best weather tightness to redirect the water from the house with the proper flow rate and no blockages.
