Removal/replacement of iron roof

We are looking for someone reputable and experienced, and able to provide an invoice of work completed to replace the roof of one of our buildings. Building is a straight forward, single-story rectangle shape, with a skylight and two chimneys. Roughly 230sqm. Old iron can be left with us. We are also not sure what the condition is under the roof and whether it needs more insulation. Looking for a quote to remove old material and replace with new, as well as maybe options for roofing irons that could be used. Dark colour if possible.
