Partial tin roof replacement + gutter, downpipe & valley replacement.

We have recently purchased a 1910s building and required some roof repairs and replacement prior to roof restoration taking place. We are looking for a Qualified roofing plumber to complete the following works ASAP , ideally within 8 weeks. Site inspection is possible on the 6th May 1- Removal of decking and awning on rear of unit 1. See pictures outlined in Orange Screw lower part of door opening onto balcony shut permanently. Complete replacement of roof section (approx 43m2), flashings, gutter and downpipe for that ground floor section of roof all in Colour Steel (colour to match front lower roof already replaced), including sarking paper with option for sarking with blanket insulation. Section outlined in Red in pictures. 2- Replacement of 2 x central gutter and valleys on both sides of the top roof – with option to remove 2 current skylights in this section and sheet over with new colour steel. Outlined in yellow 3- Removal of any loose nails on whole roof, replace with screws and sealant where required. 4- Polyurethane seal any sections of rust and or holes to make water tight. 5- Removal of 5 x brick chimneys to under roof level. Sheet or flash over and vent top of chimneys back through roof as some of the bathroom exhaust fans vent into the chimneys. 6- Removal of any timber barge cappings and replace with new Colour Steel versions. Onsite inspection required. 7- Replacement of any leaking downpipes. Installation of spreaders to any upper story downpipes that require them. Onsite inspection required 8- Replacement of any rusted-out sections of guttering with new slotted Colour steel guttering and clips. Onsite inspection required If any other labour is required to achieve this, we’d like the tradesperson to source subcontractors including any required scaffolding.
