fix leaking is priority and also quote for new roof

The almost flat tin roof leaks and requires replacing but I need to get it through one more winter as plan on doing larger renovation extension in 2022. I have periodically patched her up but am out of the country. Tenants have said it is leaking again. Needs relatively urgent attention. There will be bonus if you can stop it leaking sometime soon. I am genuine about this. If you also give me a quote for renewing that would be great but repair is priority. My neighbour will be main point of contact Dez --- and will oversee things as I have to respect tenants rights. cheers Gaz.
