Fix roof leaks and repair ceiling damage

We have a carport that has been closed in and the roof leaks heavily in a few places. I've put tons of silicone all over but can't find or fix one particular spot that is near an overhang from the main house roof. Roof is nailed corrugated iron, painted 6-7 years ago. There are also a few spots in the house roof that have leaked and damaged the ceiling and these areas of ceiling need repairing/replacing too.
