Our tenants are at their wits end! Every time there is heavy rain a leak runs along an internal wall of our tenant's café. It's a two storey building from around the 1950s with concrete exterior cladding. The café is on the ground floor and there are two flats above it. There are no soffitts on the building and the guttering has been cleaned. Detect-A-Leak have advised that the guttering may not be positioned correctly (too high) when it should be below the edge of the roof, not in line with the roof. I'm looking for a suitably qualified roofer to check this aspect and quote on repairing/replacing the guttering to the current building code, should it be required.

After only 6 months after the job was finally completed, the leaks have reappeared. Unsatisfied on all fronts.

"Hi, we are very sorry to hear that?
If this is the case I really wish you would have contacted us and given an opportunity to rectify rather than posting a bad review.
We had no idea of this issue and weren’t contacted in regards, we would have happily rectified the situation free of charge as we pride ourselves on our work and don’t want to see anyone go unhappy.
Best regards
