Internal gutter issues

Internal guttering overflowing into soffits causing leaks inside the house. Plastic gutters. have had a roofer look at it and said the gutters had low points in the corner - hence the overflow in heavy rain. Said would be around to fix it and hasn't shown up in the 2 1/2 weeks.
