Need a quote for waterproofing and replacing 2/3 of the roof, the other part has been replaced. There is an internal gutter that needs assessment and most likely replacement. Check all flashings. Also need one wall waterproofed (builder recommended re-cladding). Can be put in touch with the local builder who did the building inspection.
