A leak in the house has been attributed to an issue with continuous spouting. Been waiting 3 months for someone to come look at it. Guy contacted said he'd be here after July lockdown. Have rung / txt a number of times. Still nothing. Disappointed at the present. House belongs to my 85 Year old Mum who worries it will happen each time we have heavy rain.
