It is a flat roof which consists of half the dwelling. Water is pooling on it and it leaks rusted through. One builder today said pitch is not correct & he's too busy to do it. The building inspection said it needs window flashing done where it meets roof. It is now at a critical point unfortunately, and I need quote. There is also a pitched iron roof so good time to check state of that. It is a ridged type of roofing iron. Dwelling built 1974, original roof.
