Job description
This roof needs a complete replacement, just the main part of the house, not the addon room, washouse, sheds or carport. I think there is some rot to be fixed as well. This is my fathers house, he is almost 95 and is constantly worried about the roof. Although hes in a home at the moment he would like to return from time to time to stay there.
