Assessment of existing roof - I'm pretty sure it needs replacing, so I firstly would like an assessment of the state of the roof. If it does need replacing, removal of roof, replacement with colour steel roof. House size is around 100 square meters, single story, roof easy to access and walk on, single ridgeline. Any time is fine - I'm not aware of any leaks at this point.
