Roof replacement house garage

Quote needed for replacement of Corrugated iron roof on extended 70s bungalow done in 80s and garage. Roofing inspector stated sheets move which indicates leaking , rusting in valleys, sagging etc and other issues past leaks and multiple repairs ie needing replacement in near future . There are vents and masonry chimney w gas flue and tv antenna. Corrugate too close to chimney and probably leaking . Colorsteel replacement for quote. Current roof has overlapping short length iron House c 100 sqm 3 bedroom with porch . Separate “single”garage which long enough for 2 cars parked in a line one in front of the other ( skyline brand ) needing re guttering done and re roof . There is an internal gutter on the block wall side of the garage and the wider external gutter was replaced by someone and roof trimmed after bad weather wrecked gutter- compromised function. Hearing loss so text or email communication. Flexible re timing job being this year in next 4 months or latest early next year. Please give separate quote for house and garage .
