Roof requires some repair

The roof to the property being corrugated steel requires some maintenance. The old lead head nails have become loose and have started to allow water to penetrate the structure. Approximately 50% of the nails have become loose and should be replaced with roofing screws. I would recommend replacing all the fixings. The ridge capings also require some fixing. The whole roof has surface rust and requires painting to be serviceable for several years.
