Active job

Flashing, painting and wood replacement of side wall to low side roof.

See upper wall area in pic. This has now had a couple of paint coats but it needs at least two more coats, filling and some flashing in bigger gaps. The prep wasn't ideal but its probably too late to put it right, beyond more paint! Also some rotten wood to be replaced around the roof eves but generally small areas. A guttering to downpipe joint repaired in one corner of cottage. The power is off so I'm hoping for sooner rather than later if that's do-able. I'm in touch re: power consent. The next phase is not as urgent but some suggestions/quote on a second full exterior wall to be prepped and painted and/or some boards replaced.
