Re-Roof Bach

A small bach (50m2) in Arthur's Pass village needs a complete re-roof as it is leaking badly. The roof material is short run iron. The Coloursteel guttering, brackets, snow straps, down pipes, elbows, down pipe brackets also need to be replaced and able to handle heavy snow. The flashing is currently missing between the roofing and the cladding so the new roof needs to be built correctly with correct flashing to stop future issues.
