Roof Repairs and Maintenance

A small bach (50m2) in Arthur's Pass village needs its roof repaired and maintenance carried out. The roof material is short run iron and some areas are starting to rust. Some roof fixings have started to "pop" and risen. The flashing is missing between the roofing and the cladding. The guttering is also starting to rust and leak. Water is ponding in the gutters. The roof needs to be made weathertight as there is evidence of leaks.
