New Roof for a Quirky House
Job description
I want to replace my concrete tiles with new coloursteel. The main part of the roof is steep pitched over the upstairs, with three dormer windows set into it (two front, one back). The lower section of roof (front and back) is a normal pitch. There are also two extensions to the house which also need refoofing. New gutters will also be needed. Looking for quotes at this stage, with the job happening in summer if possible.

Superb – nothing threw him (including the two major storms), the roof looks amazing, and every time we asked for something (replacing insulation, barge-boards etc), or he found something amiss (it’s a wonky house) he gave us options, smiled, and made it all right. Us being happy genuinely mattered to him. Unless you have access to a magic wand, Terry is as good as it gets, and everything you want your builder to be.
