Roof TLC

Have a iron roof on single level / 3 bdm home 1(approx 110 sq/m) that requires some TLC. Roof in general good condition but has had some patched leaks from flashings that need replacing as well as original roofing nails that require replacing with screws and roof repainting to a good standard. May possibly require some purlin replacements (unsure till assessed). Looking to ensure watertight and secure before some internal reno takes place (insulation / relining). Looking for honest assessment / advice and quote. Do not want to be told to re-roof if it is not required as iron visually is in good condition.
