Property is approx mid 80's. Roof is tile (not sure what type) and at the time of build nails were used to secure. The nails are now popping so there are small gaps allowing rain to seep in. Could possibly replace the nails with screws where the work needs to be done? Job can be smallish to medium job?? I have photos but having probs uploading from phone to this site but could do with emailing.

Reece did absolutely brilliant job!!! His response to my search was super quick as was his visit to the property. A very professional and charming person who articulated clearly to all my questions....and then was available to do the job the following week pending quote. I'm super happy and would use Reece again without hesitation. 110% recommended!
