Hi, We have bought recently a house. It has a metal roof. We would like someone to check it for us if there are any urgent things we should replace (like those tapes around drain vent pipes, chimney etc.) The point is to make it last for at least a few more years before we can afford more thorough renovation/repainting etc. The house is 3 storey from the front and 2 from the back. We would like to have it done before September if possible.
