Replace ridge caps to stop leak

We’ve had a leak in the roof from the recent rain. It’s causing damage inside the house so I’m assuming can be done as emergency repair work under level 4? Would like all the ridge caps and hips replaced as we don’t know where the leak is coming from and most the existing led flashing is old. We have all the materials on-site (ridgecaps/roofing screws/silicone) and the job is ready to go.
