I am looking for someone to pop and provide an assessment of a roof of a property which i have put in an offer to purchase, it is a concrete tile roof. Which appears to have tiles which have shifted and no underlay under the tiles. The gaps in the tiles appear to have damaged / discolored the insulation. The building inspector has raised concerns when the report was prepared.

I require someone to pop out to do this - the sooner the better.
I am happy to pay to have someone go out to do the assessment- should that be required.
