Gap between house and gutter resulting in drips onto deck - also crack in gutter

Require someone to look at the gap between the house and the gutter and identify a way to block/fill the gap. Also the metal guttering has a plastic end 'cap' which is split and appears to have been attached poorly and is also leaking. Require this done within the next 2 weeks before a shelter is installed which will make this repair much more difficult to access.
