Roof leak, possibly from an internal gutter

Appears to be leaking from a channel from the roof, into the garage. Need a quote to get it patched up somehow. I've tried blocking off the area with waterproof tape (that black sticky tape) and painting the area with rubber paint, but no luck - time to get the pros in. Also at the same time quote on removing a bloody skylight and replacing that bit of roof.
