My tenant's roof is leaking in Stanmore bay. I have had a look and the rubber join in the guttering has been damaged/perished and a new join needs to be put in, My insurance company says I need a qualified tradie to come and fix.Needs to be done fast as I have only been able to stuff plastics bags in the hole.
