Reroof Villa

REROOF VILLA. Just out of Warkworth. This job is for the reroofing of the main villa house roof - NOT the verandahs/leanto roofs [these are relatively new, and I will paint to match]. The main roof is your typical villa hipped roof with central gutter/double hip at rear. The footprint size of the roof is 11m x 11m. It is only a single storey building. The central gutter would need to be replaced also, I'm assuming - typical size/profile of these houses. Will be reroofed in a colorsteel colour [not agreed yet, but will be one of the std range]. Whilst the roof is off, I will install batts into ceiling, working around the subbie. Flexible on start date but would prefer b4 winter...
