My 1940's state house require minor roofing repairs. The main roof is aluminium 820mm wide standard profile corrugated sheet. There is an 8.2m x 1.2m flat roof addition off the living room and a small 1100mm x 1970 addition built for the toilet, clad with galvanised steel. -Main roof requires the following aluminium lengths to replace damaged sheets. 2900mm x 1 3800mm x 1 4300mm x 1 1800mm x 1 -Toilet add on requires replacement with corrugated sheeting. Size is 1100mm long by 1970mm wide. It Also requires new flashing left and right side. Living room addition requires re-roofing with suitable flat roofing material such as EPDM, butynol etc. Dimensions are 1220mm x 8200mm fascia is 150mm. - Weather Sealing of peak is required. Total length of peaks is 27.5m or 55 linear meters of corrugated Foam infill. - All Lead head nails to be replaced with Screws. Quantity 900. I would like a tradie who is flexible about letting me do some if not all of the work and simply selling me the materials when he is in the area for another roofing job.
