We have an addition to our 1960's weatherboard house which was added in 1976 . It measures 1200mm x 7400mm and has galvanised steel roof. The main beam which supports the extension has a bit of a sag in it, which is leading to a sag in the main roof. We would like a builder to replace the main beam supporting the extension, level the existing roof and reroof the extension with an EPDM membrane roof after installing good quality insulation. I was going to re-roof myself but since this is affecting the weatherproofing, I don't believe that I am legally allowed to. I have the epdm membrane, glue and flashing. It would be best if a quote was provided after you have had a chance to look at the job.
