Roofing/guttering

We need our roof looked at and checked out (potentially not much needing to be done on the roof), as well as some/all of our guttering replaced (currently half plastic and half original metal guttering) and we require some sort of certificate issued from a registered roofing firm to give to our insurance company so they will cover any future damage to house roof and guttering related as our house is over 100 years old. Would probably need someone to come and have a look to be able to quote though.....
