Leaking Gutter

One of the gutter junctions on my 2nd storey is leaking. Looks the gaps got expanded and water coming out. Applied the sealants couple of times, cleaned multiple times, put on bird protect mesh, but still water dripping and the sound is irritating at night especially. Looking for a gutter specialist to access, estimate and put a proper fix.
