Rusty roof in need of remediation and repairs on our investment property. Rust needs to be removed before any rust converter can be applied. Repairs may be needed to the areas of iron if the corrosion has damaged the roof material. Seeking an experienced roofer who can offer solutions (both short & long term). Preferably needing someone who can complete the work in the next 2-4 weeks.
