Garage roof repair

Looking for some repair work that can be completed as soon as possible - ideally before Xmas otherwise shortly into the new year. Existing deck sits over garage. Some flashing has rusted enabling water into the garage in wet/windy conditions from the South. Existing decking has been lifted to enable identification of where water has got in (see picture with temporary patch). Some surface rush in other areas which is worth replacing at the same time. Looking to get this fixed to enable decking to be re-laid. - Flashing between house and garage - Pipe/post penetration - Ends
