Our roof leaks a little where the flashing meets the weatherboards on the second story of the house. The flashing needs to be fixed up so that it's weather tight and prevents the water from coming through into the wall. It only leaks when it's both windy and raining, but over time water will make it's course and cause damage to the house. We're looking for someone to come out and fix it up as soon as possible. It's a colorsteel roof, and I'm pretty sure the flashings weren't installed too well in the first place.
