Repair/Replace Leaking Roof sections Professional Roofers Only Pls

There are two sections of roof that need to be looked it. One is around a flashing as you can see part of the sheet was bent up and joined to the cladding by screwing. There are seals/ sillicone but this still leaks. The right side is neatly finished and has no issues. Assuming this may be the case but would help with an inspection. The second part is around the chimney of a fireplace, which has again been patchworked but this section would need to be roofed over right to the top. Would also want the lead casing removed and replaced with the newer rubber seals to minimise chance of re-occurence. Roof area can be accessed through a side deck.
