Leak around a skylight in longrun

We have a Velux roof light in our roof of Coloursteel long-run. It has started to leak and I understand it needs to have new flashing installed. I believe the Coloursteel may need to be lifted around the skylight, the area covered with new paper and the Coloursteel replaced. Need someone who is reliable and has references. Will also need someone to repair the ceiling gib !!
