Replace existing single storey tin roof with new Coloursteel. Replace rotten barge boards at front & rear of house. House dimensions are 8.9mtrs x 10.6mtrs with the bathroom part of house having a flat roof 800mm x 4mtrs. Main roof is low pitch & not steep. Considering removal of chimney depending on cost. Will upload photos once weather clears.
