1/ Leaking in one bedroom. 2/ Valley above bedroom in poor condition. 3/ Tiles cracked ten (10). 4/ One small hip showing signs of slipping. 5/ Moss and Lichen build up between the tile channels. Recommendation: 1/ Leak in bedroom may be from the valley. 2/ Remove tiles next to the valley and clear out. 3/ Replacement of ten (10) tiles .. note some are half tiles and require cutting. 4/ Repoint hip with Flexipoint. 5/ Treat roof with a Moss and Lichen Removal Treatment.
