Leak (flashing) repair, gutter clean and spot paint

Looking for a quote to fix a leak in a pitched colour steel roof in Papakura. Suspect it's a flashing issue around a dormer window. At the same time it makes sense to treat a few patches where the paint is wearing thin, clean the gutters and possibly treat with moss remover. As an option, I'd like to see if fitting leaf screen to the gutters makes sense. The leak repair is urgent but the rest less so. Depending on how it goes, there is another roof job in the pipeline at a second property in Pukekohe.
