Strengthen roof of very old villa

The roof of our large villa needs strengthening, straightening and repair please. Home 150 years old with majority of roof structure being original native timber. Original timber sarking was cut during relocation and does not provide sufficient strength. A few rafters splitting under load (partly due to need to repile as well). Likely needs additional rafters, purlins, collars and struts (hope I am using the correct terminology here). A few pieces of timber are suffering from borer and also need replacing. Happy to use treated pine for strengthening. Open to using recycled native timber if affordable option available. As strengthened and straightened, will need to tidy up corrugated colour steel roofing iron to resolve any areas that leak water during heavy rain.
