parapet wall saddle flashing

i Team, I am after a saddle flashing for my parapet wall job at, takanini. its going to be attached to the end of a firewall. I am attaching the house plan and the design details from the architect. Please advise how much will it cost? do you come to site and do measurement and installation as well? let me know if you need any further information. Kind regards
