Re-roof ~120sqm colour steel

Hi Our house is in 2 sections: 1940s and 1970s. The 1970s roof is good: we painted it last year. The 1940s section is in poorer condition: flashings are leaking, battens have sections of rot, too much reliance on silicon. We'd like to re-roof that part, fully replace all the battens because they are in such poor condition and to provide better support for solar panels. While the iron is off, we'd like to insulate because the ceiling cavity is too tight to crawl through. Thanks!
