Great communication prior to visit and during the job. Explained well what was happening and gave appropriate recommendations and costs involved. Had another tradie visit for 2 minutes, looked around and just sent a quote without any explanation of what is going to be involved. 5* for communication, explanation, recommendations, quality of job and cost! Happy that I posted here. PS: the problem was different and the other tradie's service wouldn't have solved the problem :)
